We can update these Terms anytime. If you keep using ISSTHI, you’re agreeing to the updated Terms.

Language:
If there’s a difference between the English version and a translation, the English version wins.

How ISSTHI Works

ISSTHI is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We’re just a middleman, so we aren’t involved in transactions between you and other users.

Your Responsibility

  • Make sure you have the right to share the content you post.
  • Be aware that ISSTHI isn’t liable for any issues with transactions or content.

Our Role

  • We provide a space for users to list and buy items.
  • We don’t control or guarantee the accuracy of listings or content.
  • We can remove content that breaks our rules or is reported.

Using ISSTHI

  • You can list items, but ISSTHI isn’t responsible for sales or issues.
  • We may share your contact info with premium users to facilitate communication.
  • Be cautious when dealing with other users and third-party websites.

Content Guidelines

  • Don’t post copyrighted or infringing content.
  • ISSTHI can remove content that breaks our rules.
  • We may terminate accounts for repeat offenders.

By using ISSTHI, you’re agreeing to these terms.

Listing Guidelines on ISSTHI

When listing items on ISSTHI, please ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to sell, lease, or advertise the item. This includes getting permission from photographers or copyright owners for any images used.

Protecting Children

ISSTHI is for users 18+, and we don’t allow ads that:

  • Promote harm or danger to children
  • Exploit children’s loyalty or inexperience
  • Mislead children about product features or benefits
  • Feature children in prohibited ads (e.g., tobacco, alcohol)

Compliance with Laws

Listers must follow all applicable laws, including those related to:

  • Licensing
  • Consumer protection
  • Product safety
  • Unfair trade practices

Transparency

Listers must provide clear and accessible information, including:

  • Business name and address
  • Helpline number (when requested)
  • Product images and details
  • Return, refund, and exchange policies

ISSTHI’s Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove listings that violate our terms
  • Request additional evidence of compliance
  • Terminate accounts of repeat offenders
  • Modify listings as needed

Guidelines for Buyers and Sellers on ISSTHI

When buying or selling on ISSTHI, please follow these guidelines:

General Tips

  • Verify the authenticity of products, properties, or services before making a transaction.
  • Conduct your own research and inspections.
  • Be cautious of false documents or misleading information.

ISSTHI’s Role

  • We’re an online marketplace, not a party to transactions.
  • We don’t validate or verify listings, but we’ll take action on reported issues.

Category-Specific Guidelines

  • Cars and Bikes: Check registration, insurance, and emission norms.
  • Properties: Verify ownership, titles, and compliance with RERA.
  • Mobiles: Inspect device specs, condition, and IMEI authenticity.
  • Jobs: Verify employer registration and labour law compliance.
  • Electronics and Appliances: Check safety and quality standards (BIS).
  • Commercial Vehicles & Spares: Verify registration, fitness, and permits.
  • Furniture: Inspect design, dimensions, and materials.
  • Fashion: Verify authenticity and compliance with DPIIT guidelines.
  • Books, Sports & Hobbies: Check product condition and intellectual property rights.
  • Pets and Accessories: Ensure FSSAI compliance and pet health checks.
  • Walkie Talkies: Comply with Indian wireless telegraphy laws and ETA requirements.

Remember

  • ISSTHI isn’t responsible for transactions or disputes between buyers and sellers.
  • You’re responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Always prioritize caution and diligence when buying or selling online.

Conduct Guidelines on ISSTHI When using ISSTHI, ensure your content is accurate and reflects your goods or services. Don’t post anything that:

  • Violates laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Is harmful, abusive, or offensive
  • Is false or misleading
  • Contains spam or unsolicited ads
  • Disrupts the platform or harms others

You also agree not to:

  • Manipulate prices or discriminate between consumers
  • Contact users who’ve asked not to be contacted
  • Post libellous or defamatory content
  • Collect user data without consent
  • Use automated tools to scrape or post content

ISSTHI may remove non-compliant content and terminate accounts that breach these guidelines.

ISSTHI Paid Services: Enhancing Your Experience

We’re excited to offer Paid Services that can boost your visibility and connect you with potential buyers on our platform. By opting for these services, you’ll enjoy enhanced features and benefits.

What We Offer

  • Featured Ads: Showcase your ad in a prominent spot on our website, increasing its visibility.
  • Minimum Guarantee Package: Get a minimum number of responses to your ad in select categories, with a refund option if we don’t meet this guarantee.
  • Boost to Top: Bump your ad to the top of the listing space in your city-specific category.
  • Auto Boost: Automatically boost your ad to the top at regular intervals.
  • Paid Ads: Post ads even after exhausting your free limits, with options for single or bulk purchases.

How It Works

  1. Choose the Paid Service that suits your needs.
  2. Make payment through our secure payment gateway.
  3. Enjoy the benefits of your chosen service.

Important Notes

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We don’t guarantee a specific number of responses or sales.
  • Refunds are subject to our policy and may be credited as equivalent units of the paid feature.

Refund Policy

Here’s a cleaned-up, clearer, and more professional version of your Refunds/Cancellation policy, while preserving the original meaning and legal intent:

Refunds and Cancellations

If you fail to avail of, choose to delete, or deactivate any Paid Services, no refund shall be provided for any unutilized period or services. However, in the case of the Minimum Guarantee Package, refunds may be permitted at the sole discretion of ISSTHI India, subject to fulfillment of applicable conditions precedent.

If you are unable to avail of the Paid Services on the Website due to technical reasons, and upon receipt of payment confirmation, equivalent units of the paid feature corresponding to the ad units you were unable to post shall be credited to your account against the respective Paid Service, where applicable.

Exp:
If you purchase a package of three 5 Featured Ad units and successfully use only three 3 units, but are unable to post the remaining two 2 Featured Ad due to a technical issue during the validity period of the package, two 2 Featured Ad unit shall be credited back to your account.

This refund or credit policy shall not apply in the following circumstances:

  • If any content in your advertisement violates the Terms and Conditions;
  • If any abuse or misuse is reported in relation to your advertisement;
  • If your advertisement is deleted or not re-posted due to technical issues arising from any subsequent edits made by you.

Device Login Configuration

To keep your account safe and ensure fair use of ISSTHI INDIA’s services, we limit how many devices can log in to one account.

  • If you have not purchased any Paid Services, you can log in to your ISSTHI INDIA account on one device only.
  • If you have purchased any Paid Services, you can log in on up to five devices at the same time, after verifying each device with an OTP.

If five devices are already logged in and you try to log in from another device, you will see a message asking you to log out from one of the existing devices. The device that gets logged out may receive a notification about this.

Trying to bypass these limits—such as by using fake devices, sharing your account, or manipulating the system—will be treated as a violation of ISSTHI INDIA’s Terms of Use. This may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, without prior notice.

ISSTHI INDIA may also recover any losses or damages caused by such misuse and may monitor account activity to enforce these rules. We reserve the right to change or update this device login policy at any time, and all changes will apply to all users.

Posting Agents

A Posting Agent is any third party who posts ads or content on ISSTHI INDIA on behalf of someone else.

ISSTHI INDIA does not allow Posting Agents, unless they have written permission or a valid license from the actual owner of the listed item. If a Posting Agent posts content without proper authorization, the Posting Agent alone will be responsible for any legal issues, claims, or damages raised by the item’s owner.

ISSTHI INDIA will not be responsible for such disputes and will not be involved in them in any way.

Access to the Service

ISSTHI INDIA allows you to use the platform only for personal use. This permission is limited and can be withdrawn at any time.

You are not allowed to:

  • Use the Service through Posting Agents (unless allowed under these rules);
  • Copy, collect, reuse, or display large amounts of content from the platform;
  • Use bots, scrapers, data-mining tools, or similar software to extract data from the Service without permission.

However, regular search engines (like Google) and public archives may link to ISSTHI INDIA, as long as they follow our technical rules (such as robots.txt) and do not specialize in classified ads.

You may:

  • Share or link individual ads for non-commercial purposes, such as blogs or news reporting;
  • Link to the ISSTHI INDIA homepage, as long as the link does not mislead or harm the reputation of ISSTHI INDIA or its team.

If you use the Service in ways not allowed here, your permission to use the platform may be immediately cancelled. To use ISSTHI INDIA’s content for commercial or other special purposes, you must first get written permission from ISSTHI INDIA.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

ISSTHI INDIA is not responsible for intellectual property violations caused by content posted, shared, or advertised on the platform by users or third parties.

If you own intellectual property (such as copyrights or trademarks), or you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner, and you believe that any content on ISSTHI INDIA violates those rights, you may report it to us. You can do this by submitting a good-faith infringement complaint using the claims form available on our platform and requesting removal of the infringing content.

If you want to report counterfeit or fake products, please refer to the ISSTHI INDIA Counterfeit Policy available on our platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the platform—such as text, images, software, videos, music, logos, and designs—belongs to ISSTHI INDIA or its licensors, except for content posted by users.

Some trademarks shown on the platform may belong to third parties and are used with permission. You are not allowed to copy, modify, sell, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written permission from ISSTHI INDIA or the respective rights owner.

You may use platform content only for personal and informational purposes. If you download or print any content for personal use, you must keep all copyright and ownership notices intact.

You must not:

  • Copy or reuse platform content for business or commercial use
  • Try to break, bypass, or interfere with platform security
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the platform’s source code

All content on the platform is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized copying, sharing, or reuse is strictly prohibited.

User Submissions

When using the platform, you may see content from many different users. ISSTHI INDIA does not guarantee that user-posted content is accurate, safe, lawful, or appropriate.

Some content may be incorrect, offensive, misleading, or objectionable. By using the platform, you agree that ISSTHI INDIA is not responsible for such content and you waive any claims against ISSTHI INDIA related to user-generated content.

Indemnity (Your Responsibility)

You agree to protect and compensate ISSTHI INDIA and its team if any claims, losses, or damages arise due to:

  • Your use of the platform or services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of someone else’s legal rights
  • Any harm caused by content you post
  • Your failure to obtain required permissions, approvals, or legal consents
  • Your failure to follow applicable laws for your products or services
  • Your failure to understand third-party terms before using their services through the platform

This responsibility continues even after you stop using the platform.

No Spam Policy

Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or advertisements through ISSTHI INDIA’s systems is strictly prohibited.

ISSTHI INDIA may monitor messages to detect spam, scams, or misuse. You may only use the platform’s communication tools as allowed under these Terms.

Unauthorized use of ISSTHI INDIA’s systems may lead to account suspension and may also result in legal action, including civil or criminal penalties.

Dealings with Other Users and Third Parties

ISSTHI INDIA is not responsible for your interactions with other users, sellers, buyers, partners, or third-party service providers on the platform.

All transactions, payments, deliveries, and agreements are strictly between you and the other party. ISSTHI INDIA does not guarantee or take responsibility for any such dealings.

If a dispute arises between users or with a third party, ISSTHI INDIA is not required to get involved. You agree to release ISSTHI INDIA and its team from any claims or damages related to such disputes.

Limitation and Termination of Service

  • ISSTHI INDIA may set limits on how you use the Platform and Services.
    These limits may include:
    • How long content is stored
    • How much content you can upload or send
    • How often and in what way you can access the Platform
  • Your account is linked to your mobile number, email ID, or Facebook account.
    If you create multiple accounts using the same details, ISSTHI INDIA may restrict or delete those accounts.
  • ISSTHI INDIA is not responsible if any content is deleted or not saved.
  • ISSTHI INDIA can change, suspend, or stop the Service (fully or partly) at any time, with or without notice.
    ISSTHI INDIA will not be responsible for any loss caused due to this.
  • ISSTHI INDIA may delete or deactivate your account and remove your content at any time, without notice, especially if you violate the Terms.
  • Once your access is terminated, you must not try to use the Service again.

Disclaimer of Warranties (No Guarantees)

  • You use the Platform and Services at your own risk.
  • The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantees.
  • ISSTHI INDIA does not guarantee:
    • Accuracy or completeness of content
    • Quality of services or listings
    • Safety, reliability, or availability of the Platform
  • ISSTHI INDIA is not responsible for:
    • Errors or incorrect information
    • Loss or damage to property or personal injury
    • Unauthorized access to your data
    • Viruses or technical issues
    • Any loss caused by using content or services on the Platform
  • ISSTHI INDIA does not control or guarantee products or services offered by third parties.
  • ISSTHI INDIA only acts as an intermediary and does not:
    • Know the identities of buyers or sellers
    • Take part in transactions
    • Guarantee honesty or performance of users
  • Buyers and sellers must verify listings, people, and details themselves.
  • ISSTHI INDIA is not responsible for fraud, cheating, theft, or disputes between users.
  • If users share contact details and face any harm, ISSTHI INDIA is not liable.

Listings, Accuracy & Consumer Protection

  • Users should report incorrect or inappropriate content.
  • ISSTHI INDIA tries to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it.
  • Images and descriptions may differ from the actual product or service.
  • Users should verify details independently before making any purchase or decision.
  • Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:
    • ISSTHI INDIA does not engage in unfair trade practices
    • ISSTHI INDIA is not responsible for service deficiencies by sellers
  • Any complaint about unfair trade practices or poor services should be made directly against the seller or listing owner, not ISSTHI INDIA.

Limitation of Liability

  • ISSTHI INDIA and its team will not be responsible for:
    • Any direct or indirect losses
    • Loss of money, data, or business
    • Service interruptions or shutdowns
  • ISSTHI INDIA is not responsible for:
    • User-generated content
    • Illegal, offensive, or harmful actions by other users
  • The Platform is meant to be used in India.
    If you use it from another country, you are responsible for following local laws.

Assignment

  • You cannot transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else.
  • ISSTHI INDIA may transfer its rights without restriction.

Eligibility to Use the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform and Services.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into contracts.
  • If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or another person, you must be legally authorized.

Rules for Minors (Under 18 Years)

  • Minors cannot use the Services or enter into transactions.
  • Minors may only access the Platform with guardian approval, but cannot transact.
  • Minors under Indian law cannot enter contracts.
  • Legal guardians cannot enter contracts on behalf of minors.
  • If a guardian transacts due to a minor’s request, the guardian does so in their own personal capacity.

Notice to Minors

  • If you are under 18:
    • Do not share personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
    • Contact ISSTHI INDIA only through your parent or legal guardian

General Information and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and all other policies on the Platform form the complete agreement between you and ISSTHI INDIA.
    They replace any earlier discussions or agreements, whether written or spoken.
  • Your use of the Platform and Services is governed by the laws of India.
  • If you have any dispute with ISSTHI INDIA, both parties will first try to resolve it through mutual discussion and negotiation.
  • If the dispute is not resolved within 15 days, it will be settled through arbitration:
    • There will be one arbitrator, mutually appointed by you and ISSTHI INDIA
    • Arbitration will be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
    • The seat and venue of arbitration will be Hyderabad, Telangana, India
    • The language of arbitration will be English
  • If court involvement is required (subject to arbitration), courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • If ISSTHI INDIA does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, it does not mean that right is waived.
  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to remain valid and enforceable.
  • These Terms apply to and bind both parties and their successors and permitted assigns.

Violation of Terms and Legal Consequences

  • If you become aware of any violation of these Terms, please report it using the contact link on www.issthi.com.
  • If ISSTHI INDIA does not take action for one violation, it still has the right to take action for future or similar violations.
  • You agree that in many cases, actual losses are difficult to calculate.
    In such situations, ISSTHI INDIA may recover charges as determined by the ISSTHI INDIA legal team, and these charges will be decided based on the nature and seriousness of the violation.
  • Without limitation, the following actions may result in legal charges as decided by the ISSTHI INDIA legal team:
    • Accessing or using the Service beyond permitted limits
    • Posting content in violation of these Terms
    • Using posting agents to violate the Terms
    • Sending unsolicited or spam emails using ISSTHI INDIA systems
    • Copying, reproducing, scraping, or misusing Platform content without written permission
  • The amount payable, if any, will be decided solely by the ISSTHI INDIA legal team, based on applicable laws and the extent of damage caused.
  • ISSTHI INDIA may, at its discretion, issue a warning before taking legal or financial action.
  • In addition to monetary claims, ISSTHI INDIA has the right to seek legal remedies, including:
    • Court orders
    • Injunctions
    • Specific performance of these Terms
  • ISSTHI INDIA may take such legal action without the need to provide any security or bond, as permitted by law.
